Please join us congratulating Rodney Conley, a Call Center Specialist in our Call Center department as our October Employee of the Month! Rodney has been employed with Memorial Healthcare since July of 2017.

According to his nomination “Rodney goes out of his way to help both coworkers and patients. He constantly lends a hand where needed within his department. His positivity and smile always help the mood of the entire department. His coworkers report that he has a way of lightening the mood when things are tense. He also puts patients at ease, treating every one of them like they are family. He takes the time to coordinate appointments with other departments to make sure that patients only need to make one trip. Rodney exemplifies the kind of thoughtful care that reinforces trust and creates lasting patient relationships. Great job Rodney!”
