Memorial Healthcare Institute for Neuroscience Expands Care Team with Two Advanced Practice Providers

Monday, May 4 (2026) — Owosso, Michigan — Memorial Healthcare is pleased to announce the addition of two highly qualified advanced practice providers, Whitney Primeau, DNP, and Rebecca Enright, FNP, PMHNP-BC, to the Memorial Healthcare Institute for Neuroscience. Their arrival strengthens the organization’s growing medical staff and enhances access to both general neurology and specialized memory care services across the region.

Whitney Primeau, DNP, joins the Institute’s Saginaw location as a general neurology provider. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University and later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), along with Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degrees, at University of Michigan-Flint.

Whitney brings extensive clinical experience in patient education, focusing on helping individuals better understand their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for risk factor modification. She is known for her collaborative approach, working with patients, providers, and healthcare leaders to deliver practical, impactful solutions. With a strong clinical foundation and a forward-thinking vision, she is committed to improving outcomes for patients receiving general neurological care in the Saginaw community.

Rebecca joins the Institute’s Owosso location as a memory care specialist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ferris State University and later earned dual board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Saginaw Valley State University. 

Rebecca brings a wealth of clinical experience in geriatric care and end-of-life case management. She has a specialized focus on diagnosing and managing neurocognitive disorders, as well as treating co-occurring mental health conditions. Her approach emphasizes evidence-based practice and patient-centered outcomes, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate neurological care.

Both providers are now accepting new patients with most insurances.
