Congratulations to Nicole Triggs, a Phlebotomist in the Laboratory department for being selected as our October Employee of the Month. Nicole has been employed with Memorial Healthcare since February 2015.
According to her nomination, “Nicole consistently demonstrates exceptional performance on a daily basis. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude have made a significant impact on the team’s morale as well as the patients that she serves in the lab. Nicole is the first face that every patient sees when they come into the Laboratory department and uses this to start off each interaction in a positive way. Whether it is answering questions or actively seeking out solutions for patients, she goes above and beyond for each and every one. She is frequently requested by patients due to her skill, knowledge, and friendliness. Every time they are cared for by Nicole they leave with a smile on their face and give positive feedback about their experience. Nicole is an asset to her team and demonstrates a deep commitment to Memorial’s Values and Mission on a daily basis.”
