Thursday,  January 9 (2025) — Owosso, Michigan – Please join us in welcoming Rachelle Twichell, FNP-BC to our active medical staff and to the Perry community!

Rachelle has joined Dr. Jan Liu, Dr. Michael Tuczynski, and Mary Mankey, PA-C, at Memorial Healthcare Family Medicine in Perry.

Rachelle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received her Bachelor of Science of Nursing from Michigan State University and her Master of Science in Nursing with a family nurse practitioner program focus from the University of Michigan. Rachelle is a licensed Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and a member of the Michigan Diabetes Partners in Action Coalition (DPAC).

Rachelle has a wealth of clinical experiences working with patients of all ages and conditions as a nurse practitioner, and registered nurse. Rachelle is currently accepting new patients with most insurances.
