Wednesday, March 29 (2023) – Owosso – Memorial Healthcare is pleased to welcome Tarah Rakoski, PA-C to our active medical staff!
Tarah will be joining our highly skilled and dedicated team at the Memorial Healthcare Center for Orthopedics. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant with experience in assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide variety of acute and chronic illnesses. Tarah will be working closely with Dr. Ashraf Elbanna as a first surgical assistant.
Tarah received her Masters’ degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Central Michigan University. Before taking on the position in orthopedics, Tarah worked in Memorial Healthcare’s Emergency Department as a Physician Assistant.
