The PA listened to my concerns and explained my issues very simply in a way I could understand
I have been seen by the Ortho office and have always had a great experience from all the staff.
Tanya, the technologist was very kind and patient with me during my exam. She even called me in early to get seen faster. I couldn't have asked for my MRI to have gone more smoothly.

My experience was good overall. I was having an acute issue and would have liked a better explanation of why thaf was happening and methods to relieve the pain.
She went the extra mile and secured my injury as well as diagnosing it. I'm very grateful

Wasn't really impressed. I guess I expected more direction and care but instead said I would be contacted to schedule an MRI. No additional info given. It has been 2 weeks and still have not received a call to schedule an MRI. I am still unable to use my arms. 2 weeks is a long time.
