I would like to recognize Dr: Zachary Landers FNP for phenomenal patient care. He was exceptional and took time reviewing my lengthy history, provided feedback, answered my questions and explained next steps. I am nearly 70 years old and this was the first time I have ever had a practitioner give a detailed explanation of the labs he was ordering. He gave the names of the tests, what they meant and what scores he was watching for. He immediately put everything in place from scheduling an ultrasound to updating the patient portal. I am vocally impaired, and he was sincerely patient and took the time to listen. From a patient perspective, I felt valued and confident of my choice to select this practice. Thank you for having an outstanding team in place. This is the very reason why I am leaving many specialists in Genesee County and now being seen at Memorial Healthcare in Owosso,

Zachary listened to my issues and asked questions in response then more questions based on my answers. He was thorough in explaining the recommendations of stool studies and a colonoscopy. He emphasized the patient's autonomy in the decision-making process. He was professional yet personable. His knowledge was impressive. He represents your practice with integrity.
