Zachary Landers is truly a provider that cares about his patients. He has been there for every step of my IBD journey. He was there to give me the news and has stayed informed one my symptoms since. He is willing to take the time and talk with me through the process. We have informed conversations and use shared discussion making in my care.
Zachary has been amazing. He listens and I feel he is doing everything he can to help me. I asked for a second opinion from an ENT and he went above and beyond to get the referral from my insurance and then to get all of the documentation to them so they are aware of my situation prior to going to the appt.I work in the medical field and I have not come across many providers that cover all bases like Zachary has. He's a keeper and I would recommend he and his office to others.
