This was the perfect appointment. I am a new patient and Zach began by telling me he had reviewed all my labs, PCP notes and imaging. Then he said "Why don't you tell me what's been happening from your perspective?"and LISTENED. He explained my options and took time to answer all my questions. 10/10.
