I have recommended Dr. Pacha many times. He is extraordinary-- I deeply appreciate him.
The only thing I can complain about, is my results of my biopsy came back more than a week before my appointment. I have a friend that is going through the same issues I am on the west side of the state at the same time I am. HIs urologist called him on the phone to tell him he had cancer. I found out by reading the report in portal and never got such a call. I would have appreciated a call, not just left on my own with a new cancer diagnosis and wait week or 10 days to see my urologist.

Trying to get into the clinic after surgery when I was having problems with pain and spasms was awful. It was always "that's normal" "we will determine if your symptoms are bad enough to come in and get back to you" thank goodness for my primary care physician he got me in immediately and took care of my needs (pain meds, anti spam meds, antibiotic) I did need an antibiotic for UTI after procedure. It feels like when the surgery is done so is your care.
The Dr. Is very good about procedure and explaining the process.
It was obvious that the doctor hadn't reviewed my mother's medical record prior to her visit. He thought she was there for an issue back in the summer. She was actually there for her follow up on her daily catheterization.
