Very 1st visit, I had lots of questions. Dr was very patient, informative & I felt listened to
Every thing went well but I did forget to mention that I did see the Dr. For the endoscopy & he said I would get a call with in 2 to 3 weeks forThe procedure. I have never received a call or a message left on my phone. This is not the first timeThis has happened. I am sorry but I do not know that Drs. Name. I know I could have called your office but because this has happened forThe second time I am having doubts about going there to have the endoscopy. So I do wish I would've mentioned this at my appointment on Monday.
Dr. Santiago and I have a very good patient to doctor relationship. he is always very thorough and explains things to me carefully so that I do understand and I am always willing to comply. I don't think it gets much better than that.
