About Dr. Rosemarie Walch, DO
Dr. Walch is board-certified in neurology and earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing her neurology residency at Ascension Macomb Oakland serving as a chief resident her final year, she completed her fellowship training in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology at the University of Cincinnati/UC Health at the prestigious Waddell Center for Multiple Sclerosis.
Prior to joining Memorial Healthcare Institute for Neuroscience, Dr. Walch worked at the Michigan Institute for Neurological Disorders in Farmington Hills, MI. She served as an instructor for the William Beaumont School of Medicine/Oakland University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Walch serves on the Board of Trustees for the Michigan Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and is also an active member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Center, and the American Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis.

Dr. Walch is absolutely amazing, she always answers all my questions and makes me feel so comfortable. I will forever recommend her and forever see her as my neurologist.
Dr Walch is excellent and always has the perfect explanation for the person she is talking to (me vs my husband). She has mentioned different "back up therapies," but has never written down the names of these drugs for me to look into myself. I've heard different drug names on different visits and don't know if this is brand vs generic drug names or different therapies all together, because I can't find the meds in her notes.
Even when I had questions for things already explained to me she went to make it easier for me to understand. She was never irritated or seeming angry with me
