Always good
He didn't advise anything really except that we would wait and see what the mri showed and if it didn't show anything he did not want to do another appointment which leaves me with the same issue
He acted very nonchalant about everything I was saying and never addressed some of it at all. Once he found out I have some loss of sensation in my feet, he said go to physical therapy and goodbye. I felt rushed out and unheard.
Good
Great Doctor and assistant.
I would recommend Dr Cocks. He was kind, listened and answered all questions, he took time to explain everything and wasn't rushed. Great Dr.
All people AWESOME
De Cocks is ver personable, easy to understand and talk too.
Recommend my wife. She has an appointment.
Dr.Cocks and his staff are the best. I always feel comfortable when I'm there. I know they care for me as a person.
I do not recall Dr Cocks speaking to the risks. I'm confident in Dr Cocks and realize there are risks with any surgery. I'm just not sure of the specific risks of hammer toe surgery.
Bad bedside manner
When I told the Dr about my problems he didn't seem concerned he said that was normal yet my previous Dr took care of the problem.
He said what he had to say and honestly didn't seem to care one way or the other about my pain.
Never checked out my problem
Good
I was seen for a wart on my foot. The treatment process was not explained, other than what he did in the office. He did not discuss the healing process at all and what to expect after the procedure. I ended up in a lot of pain, having to use a knee scooter by the end of the week. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still in pain and not walking correctly, causing back and ankle pain as well. I've had to call the office multiple times to make sure what was happening was normal. It would have been very helpful had the doctor given some more information about the process. I never would have had the procedure done at that time.
Dr. Cocks was very attentive and showed concen
My experience with Dr. Clocks was extremely well and I would highly recommend him.
