Dr. Cocks is a graduate of Kent State University and is board-certified in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. Dr. Cocks completed his residency at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Warren, MI. During his time there, he served as the chief resident. Dr. Cocks completed coursework and mini fellowships at the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons (AENS) in Ilizarov multi-planar ring fixators and total ankle replacement. He also completed microsurgery coursework at the Mayo Clinic.
Dr. Cocks is the published author of numerous research and medical articles on podiatric medicine and surgery and is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons.

First thing he asked when arriving in the room was if I was a previous employee. I feel this was inappropriate since my employment with Memorial isn't the reason I was at the office
I have 2 toes with nail fungus. Been battling for about 1 yr. Prescribed meds one round. Still have the fungus but not as severe. Dr Cocks just said it takes time. My one toe hurts when I wear shoes. Very disappointed that nothing csn be done.

Dr made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about regarding my past history. Seemed like he did not believe what had been completed.
I personally have never been treated poorly. Twice over the years I have been bumped from the scheduled time due to the need of an emergency. Iwas kept in on the reasons for the changes. I have been impressed with the care shown tome and Others.
Dr. Cocks was very attentive, professional and took time to explain all details and processes to move forward.
