Kind of a poor bedside manner.

After stitches were taken out I was trying to explain my other problem that I think is a hernia but he wouldnt talk much with me about it to solve . Just pressed not getting a ct scan for unnecessary radiation
He "spoke down" to me and decided what was going to happen regardless of any input from me.
I sent Dr. Han a message in the portal and instead of messaging me back he called me which I think was very helpful. I was having a serious issue and I appreciated the promptness and compassion he had.
Took good care of me
My doctor is amazing she cares about her patients and she treats them with respect she knows her stuff.
The doctor is very good and keeps me informed .
Care provider was unwilling to listen to patients concerns. This was a follow up from an ER visit in which patient was having severe pain issues. Patient is developmentally disabled 78 yr old man with his sister and caregiver in attendance. Dr. Did not listen to our concerns and walked out of the room. Very unfriendly Dr who I will never recommend anyone to be seen by him.
Dr Han was very dismissive of my concerns and he was very curt. If I am ever scheduled with him again, I will politely decline. My concerns are still not resolved and I have heard no follow up from the labs Dr Han ordered.
She answered my questioned. She explained what was happening. She also refered me to to be able to get treatment.
Dr. Han was super. Very detailed explanations about what was happening to me and a straightforward plan of attack.

Dr Han is very thorough, well educated, able to explain complicated things in simple understandable terms. I felt he really cares and is interested in his patients. He is a real asset to Memorial Healthcare. So good to have available a well qualified, dedicated doctor you can feel secure with. Very happy with my visits with him!
