Overall excellent.
Dr. Nelson seemed to take my symptoms non chalant. Looked over hearing test came up with an opinion and didnt seem to want to hear my thoughts. Also his notes were not accurate he did not exam me for TMJ at all but stated he did also stated I had prior history of, I do not. I told him ER questioned it. He stuck to his theory sent me on my way. My ear ringing and facial pain have increased so my PCP has an MRI scheduled.
I told him I couldn't have antibiotics with mold the response I got was I don't care about that.I stopped listening after that.
I was extremely impressed with Michael's expertise, professionalism and manner. Explains things really clearly.
I appreciate the provider's insight and we took his time discussing. I am confused though. There was a potential diagnosis given along with a handout. I told them my symptoms lasted for 3 months. The handout for this diagnosis states it lasts only for hours to days.
Thoroughly explained procedure and my condition
It was only a preliminary exam, but I feel that he covered all the necessary issues.
I love that Mike allows my son (age 10) to be apart of his own treatment plan. He allows him to ask questions, and answers them on a level he will understand! My son is always worried about his ears because he has a "bad ear" and Mike always eases his worry! We appreciate him!
