I came in for a routine thyroid check. Dr Livertores asked me how I was feeling in general or if I was having any other issues so I began to tell her that my lower back had been bothering me.and.she cut me off saying that "she would not have time to address that today and I would have to make another appointment". Then let me know she would be gone for the next 2 weeks over Christmas. Why even ask me if Im having any other health issues? I was pretty shocked by being cut off. I know she was running 25 minutes behind but I work and don't want to keep having to make appointments every month.

I have recommended and will continue to. I followed Dr. Maria from Chesaning to St. John's which is 45 minutes farther but it's hard to find such a good Dr. She listens!!
