The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.
We Love Lucas. He is always kind and explains everything in detail to us so we can understand it
Made my daughter a "new patient" appointment with Luke
Luke is a very knowledgeable care giver with my best care always in his thoughts
He listens, explains diagnosis so I can understand & willing to answer any questions or concerns.

Lukas was EXCELLENT! Walked me through exactly what I had going on, and took my considerations into mind when developing a treatment plan.

Without Luke I honestly don't know if I would be here today. He actively listens to me and shows he cares and helped me get the help I needed
Lucas listened to me. For that I am grateful because past doctors haven't.
We Love Lukas. Super kind and infor.ative.
Excellent experience
Lukas Veith is a fantastic add to Memorial. He is smart, personable and caring!
This was first time seeing NP so I should have prepared my thoughts better beforehand....I forgot to look up renewal needs of Meds...so when he ask, I didnt know...I also forgot to tell him that my left ear has been bothering me....the visit was good just new to me....the Dr usually brings up the questions....it was more just a get acquainted meeting...which is ok....my meds were renew by phone a few days later.
We really appreciate Luke and all of his knowledge and kindness as we move through gastroparesis and potential complications.
It was very off putting to have the provider pull out his phone and do what appeared to be a google search about my symptoms. I'm sure it was some sort of app, but still, it did not project competence or confidence for the provider.
We always see Luke. We transferred practices when he moved here to be able to keep him. I always feel like I'm heard and that he sees that all my questions are answered.
Very caring and concerned
