Karlee is great at listening to any concerns I've ever heard. She is kind and compassionate. She takes the time needed to go through the reasons for the visit and treatment and tests that might follow. She always ends my visit with is there anything else I need to discuss with her or need. That personal touch shows the excellent care Karlee provides.

Medical documents I sent to be filled out went unsigned. Instead of sending me to a specialist for my back problems which are reoccurring, she simply read my X-ray results and decided she specializes in spine and hips. It has been over a week and I still haven't been contacted by the office for a follow up appointment to discuss my care options. The only reason I know what the X-ray results are is because I have the patient portal and read the results myself.

I had blood work done and found my results in my portal within a few hours. Before the office had time to get a hold of me. I messaged Kronkos about them through the portal. I've never used that feature before. She got back to me and sent over a prescription. We kept in touch through the portal over the next several days. I really like that feature and that she got back with me even outside of office hours. That shows a level of care communication, and compassion that I haven't had before. It's nice to be able to message your physician and not have to call the office or schedule another appointment for something small and/or trivial.
