Medical documents I sent to be filled out went unsigned. Instead of sending me to a specialist for my back problems which are reoccurring, she simply read my X-ray results and decided she specializes in spine and hips. It has been over a week and I still haven't been contacted by the office for a follow up appointment to discuss my care options. The only reason I know what the X-ray results are is because I have the patient portal and read the results myself.

I had blood work done and found my results in my portal within a few hours. Before the office had time to get a hold of me. I messaged Kronkos about them through the portal. I've never used that feature before. She got back to me and sent over a prescription. We kept in touch through the portal over the next several days. I really like that feature and that she got back with me even outside of office hours. That shows a level of care communication, and compassion that I haven't had before. It's nice to be able to message your physician and not have to call the office or schedule another appointment for something small and/or trivial.

I've already recommended Karlee to someone and they made an appt with her. Karlee listened to everything I said, gave me a box of tissues when I began crying and sat beside me to listen to me. She gave suggestions and asked questions. She came up with a plan and asked my input. We both agreed and then scheduled an appt to follow up. I really appreciate how caring and smart Karlee is. I'm excited to see where this route takes me.
