Dr. Tabbaa received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is double board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Tabbaa was Chief Resident and Fellow of Internal Medicine and gastroenterology departments at Franciscan Health. After completion of his Internal medicine and GI training, Dr. Tabbaa proceeded to further hone his skills by completing a fellowship in Advanced Interventional Endoscopy with nationally renowned Gastroenterologists at Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, IN.

Dr. Tabbaa is a rare doctor who listened to you and explains things IN ENGLISH not in medical terms. I think he goes beyond being informative and helpful and makes sure that you have complete understanding of what is going on and what he thinks needs to happen. He is a rare person who I truly believe has a natural talent of making a patient feel they are truly being heard and needs to teach other doctors how not be "I'm the doctor, you're not" attitude.
Dr. Tabbaa is the best Doctor I have ever had. I am in my 60s, so I have been with a few. He truly takes his profession seriously. Great communicator, patient and courteous.
Dr. Tabaa explains everything thoroughly, so much so, I hardly have any questions. Actually, when a question pops into my head, it's like Dr. Tabaa can read my mind and he answers it before I even have to ask. He's absolutely awesome.
