She did not really investigate my injury, only treated my resulting sore muscles from the way I am having to walk. There was no attempt to diagnose the actual injury at all. I told her it was not my actual hip and showed her where the pain was as well as the bruise. She took no notice and seemed disinterested. She never even watched me walk or sent me for an xray. The bruising and swelling have subsided, but the pain has not. I am in horrible pain to walk and work, but I don't know who would be interested.

Perhaps I just do not understand the procedures for submitting referrals, but it certainly would have helped if she had explained what would happen with the referral, when and where and If it might be, and when I should be informed of this information. I was not.

Erin is an amazing doctor! She listens and allows me to feel included in my care. I will recommend Erin to everyone!

Even if the visit isn't a long appointment I always feel seen and heard. The nursing staff always gets all the information efficiently so the Dr. Can come in and get right to the point. I love that!

Erin Rice, FNP is not a nice person. The office staff is great. If Erin needed to leave at 4 they could have reschedule my appointment to another day. Instead I went in early at 3:30. I was upset, I swore once and not at Erin. Erin's notes are a farce and I said that and picked up my purse to leave. Erin was really mad and slammed the waiting room door as I was trying to close it. I never said she is a farce. I'm mentally exhausted from dealing with her for 9 months and she has been no help with any follow up tests she was ordering in August 2025. The list is too long..

I live dr rice and her staff. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. I always have a good experience

This was my initial appt in the office to establish care. The NP did not even do an assessment on me. She sat across the room and asked questions and then said "ok you are established." Seems as a baseline they would want to at least do a basic assessment.

Dr. Rice has always been open to me on my conditions. She has shown concern for my overall health, even when a specialist is involved. I would highly recommend her as a Primary Doctor based upon her care.
