I'm literally getting a new doctor now... My primary care physician didn't even ask me half the questions that showed up on my patient portal. She put no for a lot of symptoms I am experiencing and with a head injury I feel it's important you ask the patient their symptoms not just put no.

No Follow Through - A call was not received with result of lab work. My pharmacy sent me a text informing me that my script was ready for pick-up.I was to have a sleep study done and nothing has been scheduled.Still having a lot of daily issues of falling asleep while driving!
