Never contacted by clinic or doctor with results or explanation of blood worked done.
Dr Alsara was so helpful and kind.
Alsara is my oncologist and without fail he has taken the time to not just answer my questions but to check that I understood the answer.
The doctor tends to talk a little too technical which is hard to fully grasp or understand.
Listens to my issues and explains things I might not understand.
Dr Alsara did not suggest doing a biopsy to make sure my issue was indeed melanoma in my lymph nodes. And then went ahead and ordered prescriptions for treatment that when we hadn't even discussed what or if I would be doing treatment with him. Did not seem to care that I wanted to confirm the problem, was just working off the basis of how other cases that have been handled turned out.
The Dr was excellent he did his best to make the visit have a good outcome
Dr. Alsara took time to explain patiently and in detail the results of my previous surgery and blood work. He was compassionate, warm, and professional. He did not hurry the appointment. I left feeling very appreciative and fortunate to have Dr. Alsara as my Hematologist.
Fabulous doctor. But a few times I had things I needed to say and he was talking and it was hard to tell him things. I had information about me that he needed to know. But overall, he's great. Part of the problem was my PCP didn't provide him with all pertinent information.
Exceptional care
