The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.
Cardiologist told me I had sleep apnea and that's why I stopped breathing, not a good doctor didn't admit that thwy over dosed me
He did not have the results from my MRI which was done a week prior. Ordered some lab work and said I will see you next week. No communication as what to do or when to have lab work done or see what happens next. He said he would have the surgeon and the radiologist contact me for appointments. It has been a week and still haven't heard anything.

My experience was a good one. Everyone was very attentive in their time spent with me .
Great communication and concern for my well-being
Several follow up calls to check up was nice
Good
The care provider took the time to explain the x-ray results to me. When I had a question, she used her laptop to bring up an image (like a detailed textbook drawing) that I could look at. Then she answered my question. Use of the image helped me to visualize what is going on with my spine and increased my understanding.
