April 24 (2024) – Owosso, MI – Congratulations Niaomi Elias, a Medical Assistant at the Memorial Healthcare Cancer Center, for being selected as our April Employee of the Month. Niaomi has been employed at Memorial Healthcare since October 2021.
According to her nomination, “Niaomi is a dependable employee whose attitude of doing what needs to get done has persevered through extended periods of being short-staffed. Despite these stressful shifts, she remains kind and respectful even on the hardest days, showing up with a smile on her face and without complaint. Niaomi can be counted on by new staff to model the best behavior and to care deeply about their experience. She is quick to offer words of encouragement or a sympathetic ear and a big hug.
