Monday, August 21, (2023) – Owosso, Michigan – Memorial Healthcare is pleased to announce Melissa Neuhaus, Marketing Coordinator in its Business Development Department, for being selected as our August Employee of the Month. Melissa has been employed with Memorial Healthcare since April 2017.
According to her winning nomination, “Melissa consistently volunteers for additional responsibilities while demonstrating an unwavering commitment to our team’s success. She is willing to take on new tasks, even when outside of her designated scope of work, showcasing her versatility and dedication to achieving exceptional outcomes. When faced with complex challenges, she approaches each situation with an innovative mindset, coming up with creative solutions that not only resolve the issue but streamline the process. Melissa has been instrumental in fostering a positive work environment in our department, and their enthusiasm and dedication have created a supportive atmosphere in our team.”
Melissa lives in Chesaning with her husband of 28 years, Bill, and has two grown daughters, Emily and Olivia. Melissa enjoys antiquing, watching scary movies, and spending time with her family and her labradoodle, Sophie. Melissa’s personal outlook is to “work hard, play hard, and go with the flow of everyday life.” Her goal is to have a house someplace warm, year-round, and to take frequent vacations to it. On being honored as Memorial Healthcare Employee of the Month, Melissa is quoted as saying, “I was shocked to receive this honor, but am humbled to work at such a fabulous place as Memorial Healthcare – I can’t imagine working any place else.”
