Congratulations to Jim Slawson, a Therapist in the Behavioral Health Unit for being selected as our September Employee of the Month. Jim has been employed with Memorial Healthcare since August 2008.
According to his nomination, “Jim always has a great work ethic and is very kind. Recently there was a change which affected the number of employees in his area and he has taken the lead. He does this with a positive attitude and staying true to keeping patients’ care as the main focus. Jim continues to stay positive even through working longer hours and being scheduled more often. He even continues to reach out and help others while taking on more work. Jim is a great example of what a team player is.”
