Memorial Healthcare is a 165-bed facility with a medical staff of over 500, and over 1,800 employees. We are a not-for-profit hospital governed by an independent Board of Trustees. With over 45 satellite offices located throughout Shiawassee County, Memorial Healthcare continues to reach out to our patients in order to provide the very best in health care services. Memorial Healthcare is the sole hospital in Shiawassee County, serving a population of approximately 68,000 with an expanded footprint in seven counties: Genesee, Saginaw, Bay, Ingham, Clinton and Livingston.

Each year, we care for over 27,400 emergency patients, provide more than 261,250 outpatient service visits, and deliver hospital-based medical services to over 3,850 inpatients. Our teams also support over 11,460 Home Health patients and more than 4,260 Hospice patients, perform over 5,000 surgical procedures, and celebrate more than 480 newborn deliveries. Memorial Healthcare physicians and staff work together with people throughout the community to create new and expanded services that meet the evolving healthcare needs of our region.
