Our wellness center pool is a hub for health, fitness, and fun—offering something for every age and ability. From energizing aquatic fitness classes and arthritis-friendly programs to specialized sessions for individuals with MS, we provide low-impact options that support strength, mobility, and overall wellness.

Our aquatics programs offer a wide range of options to support your health, fitness, and confidence in the water. Many of these programs are included with your membership. Our warm-water pool provides a safe, low-impact environment for every fitness level. Whether you’re here to build strength, improve mobility, or simply enjoy the water, our aquatics programs are here to support you every step of the way.
Join Robin for this toning water Aerobics class! Our Toning Aquatics class combines low-impact aerobic movement with resistance-based exercises to help improve strength, flexibility, and overall muscle tone—all in the supportive environment of the water.
This 45-minute class includes cardio, toning, and muscle conditioning that is upbeat, faster paced, and energetic. Great for all ages and skill levels.
This 45-minute high-energy aerobic class is focused on endurance, resistance training, and kickboxing movements.
Wellness Center Members are welcome to bring family members below the age of 14 to the therapy pool during designated family swim hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
Registration is required and must be completed on the mobile app.

Our Arthritis Aquatic Program offers gentle, guided movements in warm water to help reduce joint stiffness, improve mobility, and ease discomfort. Specially designed for individuals with arthritis or joint-related conditions, this supportive class promotes flexibility, balance, and overall well-being—without added stress on the body.
Register with a Wellness Center Team Member. Drop-ins may be available at an additional, one-time cost.
The Arthritis Aquatics Program is an additional cost. Classes meet Mondays & Wednesdays, and Thursday & Fridays and is open to members and non-members.
Our Multiple Sclerosis Aquatic Program is tailored to support individuals living with MS through gentle, low-impact water-based exercise. The buoyancy of the water helps reduce strain on the body while promoting balance, flexibility, and circulation. Each class is led by trained instructors who understand the unique challenges of MS and create a safe, encouraging environment to help improve mobility and overall well-being.
This program is an additional cost an requires approval or recommendation from a physician to participate. Open to members an non-members.
Saturday & Sundays
WATEERinMOTION (R) is a high-energy, total-body pre-choreographed aquatic exercise class that incorporates unique choreography pre-formatted to match the tempo best suited for water exercise. This premium aquatic group fitness class is suited for all ages, anyone who is looking for a low-impact yet challenging workout.
Swimming Lessons are an aditional cost and are scheduled based on lifeguard availability. Open to members and non-members. Learn more information below.
Our swim lessons for young children are designed to build water confidence, teach essential safety skills, and introduce basic swimming techniques in a fun, supportive environment. With patient instructors and age-specific activities, your child will learn to feel comfortable in the water while developing coordination, listening skills, and independence. Ready to dive into the details?
The Maximum skill set of a beginner swimmer would be independently floating on their stomach and back, being able to independently front crawl, comfortably kicking by themselves on their back, and having the ability to retrieve objects from deep under the water. These skills are consistent with a level three graduate. If your swimmer is not comfortable with these tasks, the Beginner group is for you!

Looking for private lessons? We offer them as well. One on one or two on one training available. Save money per person if you have two looking to be trained together.

Swimmers who are ready for intermediate training are able to independently float on stomach with face in water, on their back with head back, independently glide on stomach and back, retrieve objects from under the water, can swim front crawl, and can attempt to swim backstroke. Strong intermediate swimmers can front crawl with face in water with bilateral breathing, swim backstroke confidently with head back and arms extended above their head, can stay on top of water when swimming breaststroke, and can stay on top of the water when swimming butterfly.
Advanced swimmers are trained in freestyle and backstroke, swimmers understand the key components of butterfly and breaststroke. It does not need to be perfect, but the swimmers must be able to stay above the water while attempting. This program is for the progression of competitive ready swimmers.
