Massage therapy is offered on-site at our Wellness Center and is available to both members and non-members. Our licensed massage therapists provide a range of services including therapeutic, relaxation, prenatal, sports, chair massage, dry brushing, aromatherapy, hot stone, cold stone, cupping, and reflexology.
Massage therapy has been shown to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, support recovery from injury, and lower stress hormone levels. It can also assist with chronic pain management, improve sleep quality, and support nervous system regulation.

PRENATAL
Along the lines of relaxation massage prenatal is designed to provide relief from discomfort, promote circulation, and ease stress. Please note that Prenatal massage can only be given after the first trimester of pregnancy.

SPORTS

CHAIR
Guests sit fully clothed in a specially designed massage chair that supports the face, upper body and legs, and the therapist targets their neck, back, shoulders and arms, or whichever spots are holding the most tension. 30 Minute Appointment, 15 Minutes of Massage Chair.

DRY BRUSHING / BODY BRUSHING
Dry Brushing is an exfoliating body treatment that reveals radiant, smooth, skin in just one session. The expert utilization of a hemp bristle brush evens textured swallow skin, while simultaneously helping unclog pores and ingrown hairs. A post treatment deep moisturizer conditions the skin leaving a supple healthy glow. Includes hemp brush to take home!
