Doctor was great.
Not informative. I was directed to a website, very generic information offered. Did not learn anything new, no recommendations, did not offer procedures and didn't know any practice that did. Big waste of time.
Came in with the rash scratching really bad. She offered no relief but a biopsy in a week. I was miserable, no medicine. I was told to use Vaseline for my sores

She listened to my daughter and her concerns and even addressed a separate issue my daughter brought up during our visitAsked about how she was feeling and what her concerns were. At work, I was talking with other nurses and they were sharing their experiences with them and their children. It was unanimous: we love Zoe!!!
The provider asked about previous concerns, and how everything is working out. She gave me a game plan going forward about my other concerns. She was very easy to talk to.

Zoe is awesome :).
She was so fast to tell me she couldn't help me that I was awestruck. Apparently this callus that causes me discomfort is untreatable and I can only use lotion. I didn't understand why it couldn't be burned off like a wart but she was so fast and final that we didn't even hardly discuss it. I thought these kind of doctors treated this kind of stuff. Still in discomfort with no answers!!! I'm sure no one will see this anyway

Doctor Zoe was wonderful! Explained things well from diagnosis through treatment and after care.
Felt like I was being rushed. The exam wasn't very thorough.
I wouldn't give negative feedback about this provider; instead I will request to see the doctor rather than the PA. The PA was rushed and didn't look at certain areas of concern that I brought to her attention. That was frustrating but I blame myself for not telling her to stop, slow down, and demand that she look at the areas I asked her to.
Zoe is very helpful kind and a wonderful person makes you feel relaxed and taken care of
