The doctor knew what the problem was and how long it would take to heal. Awesome work. Thank you
Bed side manner was cold
Dr. Roberts is a wonderful man and excellent doctor/surgeon. He considers every option and doesn't suggest unnecessary treatments.
Good
Very good experience!!
If you are old, you have to live with your pain. Tylenol doesn't ease the pain. Trying to contact the doctor about the pain gave us no answers.
Dr Roberts and his staff was very professional and respectful I would absolutely recommend this office to my family and friends
I understand there will be a followup. My questions were answered.
Dr. Roberts is exalent! Very good at explaining and going over mri not in a hurry makes sure you understand and great at giving you your options! I hope he stays here we need him !!
I am seriously considering canceling my next appointment. I came to see this doctor because of an injury I received at work. Unfortunately, he did not have proper documentation of the care I had received. I was able to pull up that information and share it with him on the spot through my patient portal. He then continued to compare the damage in my cervical vertebrae to the damage in his own. I feel that was very unprofessional and rude to compare my neck to the neck of a man 25 years older than me. He did not at all address the concerns I presented.
Dr. Roberts is very knowledgeable and put myself and my husband at ease. He spoke to us, not at us like some Dr's. He listened and was very interested in all concerns we had.
Treated well questions answered
NEVER RECOMMEND!!! Never looked at my MRI, cuz "it took to long" to download. Never addressed current issue. Only old injury cus it showed on xray. Answer to control pain, DO MARIJUANA!!! No Joke. Worst physician Ever.
I sincerely appreciate being a patient of Dr. Roberts and his expertise In spine health.
Dr Robert's was very attentive to my husband. He was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail the problem and recommended alternatives for his care. Very nice man.
