Lukas explained the procedure in detail. He answered all of my questions. I was anxious about the procedure and he was empathetic toward my anxiety which I really appreciated and needed.
He and the nurse listened to me well and explained all answers well and we're straight forward face to face about the procedures and how it was performed making it simple to understand
I felt he really understood what I was going through. I did not get that from my old urologist.

Proposed treatment was fine, but a bit biased towards low risk, population health approach rather than patient-focused.
He was great, he explained everything. He took time to hear my concerns.
