She was nice and kind but I didn't feel like she took my concern as seriously as I did. In her defense, this was the first time we had met and she doesn't know me. I don't "just go" to the doctor for every little thing. Although my rash may not have looked very concerning, it had been around long enough and it was annoying enough to cause me concern. I didn't feel like she did a well enough exam (or really much of an exam at all) before deciding how to treat. Also in her defense, her plan of attack worked so at least there's that! :-)

Lauren was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision for myself. She has a great bedside manner and great concern for me when I expressed pain or discomfort. I would definitely recommend her and Memorial healthcare to others.
I definitely was satisfied and would recommend this office to anyone in need of good care.
