The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Doctor was sick so he stayed away from me he said. Said he was ordering a test and medication for my breathing difficulties. He ordered me the same exact inhaler my primary already had me on so I contacted him and tried contacting the pulmonary doctor to remind him and let him know I'm waiting on a script for relief. I cannot contact him email or phone as it's busy or not convenient at the time of office hours for me.

The Dr who took care of me is wonderful very good at listening and concerned about me with options to what I should do to help with my medical condition and he was very prompt on getting the tests started

Dr is excellent in all aspects of his job. Expertise, empathy, communications, could not ask for more.
Had complications with the medication prescribed and contacted the office immediately. I was told to stop using it "duh" and that was the end of the conversation. No call back from doctor or office and my condition will remain untreated.
