Wave of Light Ceremony

Memorial Healthcare will host a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day ceremony on Thursday, October 15, bringing families and community members together to honor and remember babies who have been lost during pregnancy or infancy.

The event will begin at 6:45 p.m., with a Wave of Light ceremony at 7 p.m. The ceremony is part of an international observance held each year on October 15 to remember babies lost through miscarriage, stillbirth or infant loss and to offer support to the families who carry their memories.

The event will take place on the front lawn near the main lobby of Memorial Healthcare, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will move indoors to the auditorium or NOW Educational Theatre.
