Free Hernia Screening Event

Memorial Healthcare is hosting a free hernia screening event to help identify potential hernias. The event is ideal for individuals experiencing a bulge, pain, or discomfort in the abdomen or groin, those with a family history of hernias, people who frequently strain or lift heavy objects, or anyone who has already been diagnosed and is seeking further medical advice.

AGENDA:

• Free dinner
• Brief informational presentation
•  Private screenings
  • Conducted by Memorial Healthcare General Surgeons, Dr. Sasha Spencley and Dr. Joseph E. Testa.
  • Each screening takes about 10 minutes and includes a thorough exam and an opportunity to discuss any concerns.
  • Screening participants are encouraged to wear loose clothing.
