Please join us in congratulating Tammie Frizzelle, Manager of our Food & Nutrition department for being selected as our August Employee of the Month! Tammie has been employed at Memorial Healthcare since 2017.
According to her nomination “Tammie is always checking on her team to ensure that they are okay during the entirety of their shifts. She does a great job of making sure that every individual team member feels supported. Tammie is always friendly with everyone and is quick to greet people with a smile. She is always prepared to step in to help her team with the task at hand. Tammie teaches her staff the utmost kindness and customer service as well as the efficiency to get work done quickly and effectively. She works very hard and chooses to invest time in her team instead of herself during her shift. Tammie has complete confidence in her team’s ability, and is quick to advocate for her staff. Tammie is also quick to help other departments throughout the hospital. She offers support whenever it is needed, and handles the added tasks with a smile no matter how urgent or intensive that they are.”
