According to her nomination “Carla is known for being warm and welcoming to coworkers from day one. She helps to make sure that coworkers have the tools that they need to grow and thrive in their roles. She brightens the office by decorating for the changing seasons, making it a space you want to go to. Carla is truly the caretaker of the entire department, taking care of all her coworkers, bringing in food almost daily and sharing pick me ups. Carla is the birthday planner, and she has yet to miss a single one! Thank you Carla for your everyday contributions that boost your team!”
