Please join us congratulating Felicia Bray, a Phlebotomist/Tech Assistant in our Laboratory Services department as our May Employee of the Month! Felicia has been employed with Memorial Healthcare since February of 2017.
According to her nomination “Felicia is always going above and beyond for patients and coworkers. She is very knowledgeable about her job. She is always jumping in when her coworkers need help and never complains. Patients come to our lab specifically just to see Felicia because they are treated so well and give such a positive experience. Part of how she does this is by always accommodating the patient and making them comfortable throughout the whole process. Patients know that while they and their loved ones are being taken care of by Felicia, they will have great communication about every step of the process to make sure things run smoothly. Felicia helps in multiple locations, comes in early, and works under pressure with ease. Great job Felicia!”
