Please join us congratulating Doris Craner, a Denial Management Specialist in our MMA Billing Services Department as our February Employee of the Month! Doris has been employed at Memorial Healthcare for nearly 25 years (July, 2000).
According to her nomination, “Doris is quick to offer help when they hear about problems that need resolving. She uses her knowledge and experience to guide staff members, ensuring deadlines are met. She will do all that she can to ensure that patient questions are answered and issues are resolved before they escalate. Her positive attitude boosts morale, and she always makes others feel valued. Doris is a hard worker with a consistently upbeat attitude. When her department needed help at the end of year, she was one of the first to volunteer to be placed where we needed her. She represents the Memorial Culture well and we are fortunate to have her as a part of our team.”
