June 19 (2024) – Owosso, MI – Congratulations Lisa Poston, a Registered Nurse in the Memorial Healthcare Hospice department for being selected as our May Employee of the Month. Lisa has been employed at Memorial Healthcare since April of 2021.
According to her nomination, “Lisa is always on top of her job duties and anticipates when her coworkers are going to be in need, allowing her to step in and help without ever being asked. She has a great sense of humor but is also confident and respected by all of her fellow staff. Lisa has received numerous compliments from both patients and their families for the kindness and compassion she shows. Lisa has proven time and time again that she is a critical thinker who recognizes situations before they happen and is able to come up with solutions that make the patient more comfortable.”
